Social Media Lead

We are seeking a strategic, creative and data-driven social media professional to lead our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent communication skills and a proven ability to manage social media campaigns that boost brand awareness, engagement and conversions.
- Develop and execute the overall social media strategy aligned with broader business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to produce high-performing content tailored for each platform.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, brand collaborations and influencer initiatives.
- Stay ahead of trends, algorithm changes and emerging platforms to keep our strategy fresh and relevant.
Requirements:
- 7 to 9 years of experience in social media management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success growing brand presence and engagement across major platforms.
- Strong understanding of platform best practices, social analytics tools and content performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, writing and storytelling skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and tone-of-voice consistency.
