Lead Data Scientist

Job Overview:

The role of a Lead Data Scientist involves driving the development and implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) solutions, focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and multi-modal models. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building predictive models, deploying AI-powered solutions, and monitoring their performance.

  • Design and execute end-to-end initiatives, from business understanding to data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Analyze and interpret findings, drawing conclusions and recommendations for enhancing business processes.
  • Support pre-sales activities and initiatives by gathering business requirements, transforming them into technical plans, and evaluating model performance.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and experience working with ML, particularly in Generative AI (LLM/LMM) with a focus on NLP or multi-modal models.
  • Proficiency in Python, knowledge of SQL, and vector databases.
  • Experience with specific DS/ML/CVGenAI/NLP libraries, including NumPy, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and GenAI APIs such as OpenAI/Gemini.

Additional Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working with big data and distributed environments.
  • Commercial experience, demonstrated through multiple successful projects in Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision.
