Claims Analyst Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality claims analysis services to clients. The position requires expertise in ensuring seamless communication and efficient processing of claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough claims analyses to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Verify policy and claims documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Process claims payments in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to established guidelines.
  • Submit and track claims, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Cultivate effective relationships with claim parties, providing clear and concise information.
  • Develop and maintain streamlined claims communication strategies.
  • Accurately record activities and tasks.
  • Manage daily production, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Gain a deep understanding of upstream and downstream claims processes and their interlinkages.
  • Apply analytical and reporting skills using Excel to drive business insights.
  • Foster collaboration with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A graduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance principles.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in London Insurance Market Claims.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office environment and adapt to rotational schedules.
  • Preference given to immediate joiners.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Proficiency in P&C insurance and Lloyd's market experience.
