Dental Claims Specialist

As a dental claims submission and appeals professional, your primary objective will be to ensure dentists receive fair compensation for their services. We take pride in providing our clients with peace of mind, allowing them to focus on delivering exceptional dental care.
This role involves the timely submission of dental insurance claims, meticulous tracking of payments, and diligent follow-up on outstanding balances to guarantee the accuracy of accounts receivable.
The ideal candidate will possess experience with dental billing software and a comprehensive understanding of insurance claim processes.
- Submit dental insurance claims electronically and manually with precision and timeliness
- Thoroughly review patient records, treatment plans, and insurance coverage to verify proper coding and documentation
- Follow up on unpaid or rejected claims; conduct thorough investigations and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date aging reports, ensuring seamless monitoring of accounts receivable
- Cultivate strong relationships with insurance companies to resolve claim issues and obtain payment status
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in claims and AR management
- Proficiency in dental management software
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
