- Strong understanding of electrical/electronic systems, mechanical components, or production processes in the automotive field.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and a passion for driving sustainable innovation.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and a learning-oriented mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
