Job Description:

As a Landscape Architect, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative landscape designs for residential and commercial projects.

  • Develop conceptual and detailed landscape designs for various project types.
  • Create master plans, layouts, planting schemes, hardscape designs, and other design drawings.
  • Collaborate with architects, urban planners, civil engineers, and environmental consultants to ensure integrated project design.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental guidelines, and project-specific requirements.
  • Oversee landscape design implementation at project sites and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
  • Review landscape BOQs, cost estimates, and construction drawings.
  • Conduct site assessments, soil analysis, and feasibility studies to support design decisions.
  • Prepare presentations, mood boards, and design documentation for internal approvals and client presentations.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from a reputable institution.
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience, preferably working with landscape consultancies and developers.
  • Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of landscape architectural design, hardscape materials, softscape/horticulture, planting design, soil conditions, and drainage systems.
  • Familiarity with local development regulations and environmental norms.
  • Excellent design visualization, communication, and project management skills.
