Electrical Design Project Manager Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced electrical design professional to manage electrical design projects from conceptualization to completion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans for electrical design projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Provide technical support to clients, including product development, testing, and quality assurance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards, including IEC 60204-1 and IEC 61439-1-2, to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze technical requirements, develop design documents, and review engineering drawings and calculations.
  • Assess technical feasibility of electrical designs and suggest improvements for optimizing BOM costs and improving product quality.

Key Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in electrical design, preferably in power systems and UPS industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of AutoCAD and electrical switchgear, cables, and bus-bar sizing.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
