We are seeking an experienced industry expert to join our team as a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Subject Matter Expert.

As a CPG SME, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across strategy, commercial, and analytics teams to drive high-impact analytics transformations for leading global brands.

">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • 15+ years of professional experience in the CPG industry or consulting roles focused on CPG clients.
  • Deep functional knowledge across the CPG value chain, particularly in marketing strategy, pricing, revenue growth management, trade promotion, assortment planning, consumer, and market insights.
  • Proven experience working closely with senior stakeholders, including strategy, commercial, and analytics teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking with a track record of solving complex, cross-functional challenges in CPG.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize and present complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience contributing to capability building, knowledge assets, and internal best practices within a consulting or service-based organization.
  • Comfort working in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
