Visual Designer - Crafting Engaging Experiences

We're seeking a skilled visual designer to join our team and contribute to creating high-impact campaigns and everyday design needs.

  • About the Role:
  • Develop end-to-end visual designs for all brand and marketing communication.
  • Translate brand pillars into compelling content, including social media graphics, emailers, event designs, and more.
  • Design across mediums: digital ads, social media, web, app, event collateral, and video thumbnails.
  • Maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints of the brand.
  • Contribute to building the company's visual identity system by extending moodboards, refining templates, and creating design frameworks.

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced startup or agency environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing range, from clean layouts to engaging social media posts.
  • Strong command over typography, grids, spacing, and brand identity systems.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven design tools.
  • Ability to take feedback and turn it into something stronger.
  • Speed, attention to detail, and a bias for quality.
