Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with expertise in visual and motion design to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling digital experiences across various channels.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines. They will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Create engaging landing pages optimized for conversion, usability, and visual appeal using Figma.
  • Design marketing visuals across formats including ads, social media creatives, email, presentations, and web graphics.
  • Produce short-form videos, animations, and motion graphics for product marketing, social campaigns, and brand storytelling.
  • Partner closely with marketing, product, and content teams to bring campaigns and concepts to life.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems ensuring a cohesive visual identity across static and motion assets.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic, visual, or motion design preferably in digital-first or performance-driven contexts.
  • Advanced Figma skills plus strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • A portfolio showcasing a mix of static design (landing pages, campaigns, branding) and motion/animation work.
  • Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and animation principles.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
