Senior Compliance Specialist

As a Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization remains compliant with various regulatory requirements. This includes managing statutory compliance like ESIC, PF, PT, and Legal Area, as well as conducting joining formalities for new associates at client venues.
Key Responsibilities:- Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to ESIC, PF, PT, and Legal Area regulations, including the maintenance of various registers under these acts.
- Joining Formalities: Conduct documentation processes such as filling ESIC forms, PF forms, and Med claims at client venues.
- Register Maintenance: Maintain various registers under different Acts and ESI cards.
- Audit Documentation: Handle audit documentation and submission of monthly and annual returns for LWF, Professional Tax, CLRA, Bonus return, and Maternity return.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, particularly ESIC, PF, PT, and Legal Area.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and registers.
- Effective communication skills to handle employee queries and concerns.
