Regulatory Compliance Specialist

  • Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong client relationship skills and a result-oriented approach.
  • This role requires collaboration with internal departments to provide guidance on compliance-related matters and the ability to monitor ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) are essential for success in this role.
  • A graduate/postgraduate degree in law is preferred, with NISM Series-III-A: Securities Intermediaries Compliance (Non-Fund) Certification Examination being an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience handling compliance and legal functions in allied industries (AIF/PMS) with a working knowledge of SEBI AIF & PMS Regulations.
