Automation Tester Job Opportunity

We are seeking an Automation Tester to join our team. As an experienced Automation Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of applications.

Our ideal candidate has hands-on experience with automation testing frameworks, particularly Karate Framework, and is familiar with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira and TestRail.

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using the Karate Framework for UI and API testing.
  • Design reusable, modular, and scalable automation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business analysts to understand requirements and create effective test coverage.
  • Execute and analyze test results, identifying and reporting defects.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Provide detailed documentation of test plans, test cases, and execution reports.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with Karate Framework for both API and UI automation.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
  • Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies and software testing lifecycle.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
