Senior Quality Assurance Automation Professional

Our organization seeks a skilled Quality Assurance Automation Specialist.
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our engineering team.
This role involves working as a seasoned automation specialist in quality assurance, using cutting-edge software testing methodologies and collaborating with our mobile teams.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies.
- Collaborating with the product owner and development team to create acceptance criteria and test scenarios.
- Designing, executing, and maintaining test scenarios and automation capabilities for various test levels and types.
- Creating and optimizing test frameworks and integrating them into deployment pipelines.
- Participating in code reviews for production and test code to ensure all critical cases are covered.
- Monitoring test runs, application errors, and performance.
- Providing information flow and keeping the team informed regarding releases and defect tracking.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of software testing theory.
- Experience in developing test automation frameworks from scratch and maintaining existing frameworks.
- At least 6 years of experience in software testing, manual and automated.
- Extensive knowledge of different testing practices (unit to load to endurance to cross-platform) integrated within CI/CD.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of UI testing, REST protocol, and microservice architecture.
- Expertise in Espresso, XCUITest, and other relevant technologies.
- Experience with Testrail, Bitrise, Jenkins, Charles Proxy, Postman, and API testing.
- Strong proficiency in Java/Kotlin, Swift, and its usage under a CI/CD pipeline.
- Ability to work in an agile environment and engage in Scrum.
- Able to work autonomously, self-responsibly, and self-organised.
- Effective communication skills in English.
