Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality materials by applying your scientific expertise and excellent language skills.
  • Liaise with international pharmaceutical clients, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to build trusting relationships and anticipate their needs.
  • Effectively communicate with team members, authors, and vendors.
  • Attend workshops and trainings to enhance your skills and contribute to organizational objectives.
  • Support senior team members at meetings as needed.
  • Collaborate with directors to develop medical communications initiatives in the digital space.
  • Ensure all materials comply with client requirements and internal SOPs.
  • Provide intellectual input across document types and contribute to making cutting-edge research accessible.
  • Share best practices and contribute to skill development within the medical communications team.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in scientific writing fields.
  • PhD/MD (Pharmacology) or PhD (Life Sciences) with good understanding of clinical research and medical communication.
  • Experience working on publications is essential.
  • Clear, concise scientific writing style with high attention to detail and excellent language skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially with clients.
  • Ability to adapt writing style to different materials and target audiences.
  • Basic knowledge of biostatistics.
  • Literature reviewing and evaluation capabilities.
  • Very good working knowledge of MS Office.
