Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute leasing strategies for warehouse and industrial spaces to drive business growth and revenue.

  • Identify and secure new tenants through proactive networking, site visits, and broker relationships to expand the company's client base.

  • Lead lease negotiations, including commercial terms, rental structures, and legal documentation, to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

  • ">
  • Maintain relationships with existing tenants to ensure high occupancy and tenant satisfaction, driving long-term loyalty and retention.

  • ">
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the leasing process, including marketing, operations, and finance.
">
  • ">
  • Analyze market trends, rental benchmarks, and competitor activity to inform pricing and marketing strategies.

  • ">
  • Prepare leasing reports, occupancy updates, and performance metrics for senior management to inform strategic decision-making.

  • ">
  • Represent the company at industry events and with brokerage partners to enhance brand presence and reputation.

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
">
  • ">
  • 7-10 years of experience in leasing, preferably in warehousing, industrial, or commercial real estate.

  • ">
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

  • ">
  • Deep understanding of lease terms, legal clauses, and market dynamics.

  • ">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM tools and real estate management software.

  • ">
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
