Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the Wafer Electrical Test and Sort module team within a 300mm Wafer Fab. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with expertise in managing cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, engineering physics, materials science, or equivalent; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Etest Program and/or equipment.
  • A deep understanding of device physics and process modules.
