Expert Botanist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Botanical Expert. This role will involve supervising and managing indoor plant care, nursery operations, and landscaping projects.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in plant science, horticulture, soil and fertiliser management, and landscaping. They will be responsible for conducting assessments and providing recommendations on soil management and fertilizer usage, designing and maintaining landscapes for commercial and residential properties, and serving as a point of contact for clients.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading and training junior staff, gardeners, and field workers, overseeing procurement and inventory of plants, seeds, fertilizers, and tools, monitoring plant health and applying pest/disease management techniques, and preparing and presenting project proposals, timelines, and maintenance schedules.

• Supervise and manage indoor plant care, nursery operations, and landscaping projects

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Agronomy, Botany, Horticulture, Plant Science, or related fields
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in indoor plants, gardening, landscaping, or nursery management
• Strong knowledge of soil types, fertilisers, and plant health management
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to handle project planning and operational tasks
