Customer Service Role

The ideal candidate for this customer service position will be a skilled communicator with the ability to provide prompt and effective assistance across various channels.

As a Customer Service Executive, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering accurate information regarding services and procedures.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Escalate complex queries to internal departments as needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Offer consultation and guidance on visa application processes and travel management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of visa application procedures and travel regulations is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
