We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail professional to fill the role of Store Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading the sales team, and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver outstanding customer experiences through proactive engagement and resolution of customer complaints.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales objectives by providing training and mentoring.
3. Develop and implement business strategies to drive store traffic, attract new customers, and increase profitability.
4. Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure effective team performance.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
6. Create and arrange promotional materials and in-store displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
7. Analyze buying trends, customer requirements, and profits to inform business decisions.
8. Manage store administration duties, including budgeting and financial record-keeping.
9. Monitor inventory levels and order new items to maintain optimal stock levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential for this role.
