HR Generalist Role

The Global Client Partnering Team is responsible for delivering HR support to designated business lines and locations, aligning people strategies with organizational goals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders, providing expert guidance on HR policies and solutions.
  • Analyse and resolve complex HR issues, delivering recommendations that align with both business objectives and best practices.
  • Partner with leaders and employees to design and deliver HR services that drive success.

What are the ideal skills and experience required for this role?

  • Experience in HR partnering, ideally within Financial Services.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, with the ability to apply it effectively.
  • Broad knowledge of core HR functions, including staffing, leadership, employee development, HR analytics, performance management, benefits, and compensation.
