**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our legal automation group, you will be responsible for executing complex data extraction scripts from large PDF files, including OCR-based extraction from scanned documents.

This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless data transfer to Excel, applying formatting and logic as per project needs.

You will use Python, MySQL, and Excel to create and run data deduplication scripts, cleaning datasets and removing duplicates. Additionally, you will perform data grouping and classification tasks on various platforms and manage Excel consolidation and data normalization.

We require the ability to automate daily task reports using Python to provide insights on resource allocation and productivity. A strong understanding of OCR tools, SharePoint, and automation scripts is also essential.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a legal support, data processing, or technical project role.
  • Proficiency in Python, MySQL, and Excel.
  • Experience with OCR tools, SharePoint, and automation scripts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
