Job Title: Business Intelligence Specialist

Job Description:

This is a dynamic role that involves collecting and analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights, drive business decisions, and optimize organizational performance.

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who can work closely with management to prioritize business needs, identify opportunities for process improvement, and create data-driven reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

  • Collect and analyze large datasets to extract valuable insights.
  • Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies that maximize statistical efficiency and data quality.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Filter and clean data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct issues.
  • Collaborate with management to prioritize business objectives and define new process improvement opportunities.
  • Create detailed reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to integrate and apply data analysis to ongoing projects.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, technical expertise in data modeling, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques. Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets is essential.

Additionally, proficiency in programming languages such as XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks is necessary. Familiarity with machine learning techniques and algorithms is desirable.

A bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics is required, along with proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
