About Our Team

We're looking for a skilled System Administrator to ensure the smooth operation, security, and reliability of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee servers, networks, and systems to guarantee high availability and optimal performance.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to servers, networks, and software applications promptly.
  • Implement robust security measures to safeguard data and systems from unauthorized access, malware, and other threats.
  • Regularly update and patch systems to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest security and software enhancements.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels to enforce proper security protocols.
  • Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and recommend new hardware and software solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Plan and perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Provide expert technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing their IT-related inquiries and issues effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT role.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies, cloud services, and networking protocols.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, and PowerShell for automation and system management.
  • Experience with system monitoring and diagnostic tools, such as Nagios, SolarWinds, and Prometheus.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, including risk management and incident response.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and end-users.
