Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the upkeep and maintenance of on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure. Your key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Microsoft 365 Administration:
    • Ensure seamless operation of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and related M365 services.
    • Maintain user accounts, licenses, permissions, and security policies.
    • Implement backup and recovery solutions for M365 data to guarantee business continuity.
  • Windows Platform & Active Directory:
    • Administer Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Windows 10/11 workstations to ensure optimal performance.
    • Manage Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy configurations to maintain a secure environment.
    • Patching, updates, and troubleshooting of OS and apps to minimize downtime.
  • Azure AD, Intune & Purview:
    • Maintain user and group access in Azure AD, enforcing MFA and Conditional Access policies.
    • Administer Microsoft Intune for MDM/MAM, device compliance, and app deployment to enhance productivity.
    • Implement Microsoft Purview for data governance, compliance, and DLP strategies to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Security & Networking:
    • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, apply security patches, and maintain compliance with industry standards.
    • Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and firewall issues to ensure network reliability.
    • Implement and maintain network security protocols to prevent unauthorized access.
  • CCTV & Video Conferencing:
    • SUPPORT AND MAINTAIN OFFICE CCTV SYSTEMS FOR ENHANCED SECURITY.
    • MANAGE ZOOM/TEAMS VIDEO CONFERENCING SYSTEMS AND HARDWARE SETUP TO ENSURE SMOOTH COMMUNICATION.
  • General IT Support:
    • Provide end-user support and technical training to enhance employee proficiency.
    • Proactively monitor systems to ensure uptime and performance, minimizing disruptions.
    • Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides to facilitate knowledge sharing.
