Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled financial leader to oversee our regional operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with at least 18 years of experience in core finance, accounts, and controllership roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the P&L of our regional operations
  • Oversee sales accounting and plant accounting for our four plant-based locations in the region
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and MIS for leadership review
  • Drive standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance with internal controls
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support business growth and cost optimization
  • Lead and mentor the regional finance team to deliver high performance
