Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive strategic initiatives for a leading financial services organization. This is a mission-critical, high-visibility role that combines technical expertise, thought leadership, and strategic vision to shape enterprise security architecture.

  • Strategic Leadership: Drive strategy, architecture, and implementation across large-scale enterprise environments for critical infrastructure.
  • Thought Leadership: Provide strategic vision to identify security gaps, define innovative solutions, and recommend improvements across IAM, MFA, Zero Trust, and related security domains.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executives, business leaders, and technical teams to align solutions with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • End-to-End Governance: Oversee comprehensive lifecycle management including user provisioning, access governance, authentication frameworks, and privileged access management.
  • Team Development: Mentor and guide technical teams to build best practices across global delivery centers, fostering innovation.
  • Technology Innovation: Evaluate, integrate, and implement modern tools, MFA solutions, and Zero Trust security frameworks to maintain cutting-edge security posture.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all solutions meet stringent compliance standards, risk management protocols, and regulatory requirements specific to financial services.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive knowledge-sharing initiatives, establish best practices, and lead continuous improvements within enterprise programs.

About You

  • 15+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Security Architecture.
  • Proven mastery of IAM, MFA, SSO, and federation technologies.
  • Strong foundation in security architecture, risk management, compliance frameworks, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large global teams and managing complex, enterprise-level transformation projects.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities with proven ability to architect and implement robust solutions.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience presenting to senior leadership and technical audiences.
