About the Role:

As an Industrial Designer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming ideas into tangible designs and products that meet customer requirements while aligning with global standards.

You will be responsible for conceptualizing, visualizing, and developing designs that ensure creative design intent is preserved through to technical execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Propose creative and feasible design solutions adhering to project objectives, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Develop and present design concepts through 2D sketches, 3D models, renderings, and physical prototypes.
  • Closely collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with technical requirements.
  • Lead design projects from concept to production, ensuring design quality and timely delivery.
  • Provide industrial design support throughout the development process, ensuring preservation of design intent.
  • Conduct research on design trends, materials, ergonomics, and sustainable solutions across industries.
  • Benchmark competitors and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of creativity.
  • Contribute to R&D initiatives in areas such as sustainable systems and smart engineering solutions.
  • Prepare insightful design reports and presentations for management and clients.
