Job Overview

We're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our product development, driving strategic growth and innovation.

The Technical Lead will oversee the creation of a high-performing team culture, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation. They will define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives, developing comprehensive project plans and timelines to ensure timely and within-scope delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and managing cross-functional teams
  • Collaborating with product management, development teams, and business stakeholders to drive strategic vision and product growth
  • Utilizing data analytics to inform decision-making and optimize product strategies
  • Ensuring alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle with stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 6+ years of experience in project management roles, with at least 3 years in Fintech
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated ability to grow products from inception to market success
  • Hands-on experience with NodeJS and strong understanding of backend development
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
