UI/UX Designer Position

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating user-centered wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.

This role requires strong expertise in design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. You must have excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create innovative, visually appealing user interfaces that prioritize usability and accessibility across various platforms and devices.
  • Establish and maintain design systems, UI kits, and style guides within Figma to ensure uniformity across projects.
  • Mentor junior designers, sharing expertise in UI/UX design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Conduct user testing sessions, gather feedback, and enhance designs based on user-centered design principles and usability testing results.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design integrity throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a deep understanding of Figma as a primary design tool.
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative and user-centric designs across web and mobile platforms.
  • Expert-level understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and translate complex ideas into intuitive and visually stunning designs.
  • Deep knowledge of front-end development technologies and their influence on design feasibility.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience implementing and managing design systems and component libraries within Figma.
  • Expertise in conducting user research, usability testing, and integrating user feedback into design solutions.
  • Proficiency in motion design principles and their application in UI/UX design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing diverse Figma design projects highlighting innovation, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
