Join our mobile testing team as a Senior Tester for a 6-month contract that may become long-term based on performance. We are seeking a candidate to start immediately.

This role is pan India, and you will be required to visit our client offices three days a week.

Our ideal candidate has excellent analytical skills, strong written and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in e-commerce domain with expertise in both mobile and web testing.

They must have solid hands-on experience in integration testing, functional testing, black box testing, user acceptance testing, system testing, smoke testing, and regression testing.

Able to estimate test effort, create test plans, and identify test scenarios.

Experience working with Jira and Agile-driven projects is essential. Knowledge of Firebase Analytics and tool for mobile testing is an advantage.

The ideal candidate must be able to interact with technical teams to convert functional requirements into test specs.

Additional responsibilities include preparing test data, preparing test cases, and executing tests.

We are looking for a self-driven individual who can work independently or as part of a team.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery
  • Provide status to the Test Lead/Manager
  • Support testing team
  • Working closely with BA's, functional lead, and Development team.
  • Support in Test Planning, and managing the testing effort for any given release
  • Design Test scenarios and Test Cases
  • Bug Tracking and Reporting
  • Defect Coordination
  • Skills Needed
  • Extensive experience in e-commerce domain with expertise in both mobile and web testing.
  • Good experience in API testing
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and its methodologies, such as Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile.
  • Proficient in writing and executing test plans and test cases in highly structured environments, performing all types of testing.
  • Solid hands-on experience in Integration Testing, Functional Testing, Black Box Testing, User Acceptance Testing, System Testing, Smoke Testing, and Regression Testing.
  • Able to identify test scenarios, estimate test effort, and create test plans.
  • Working experience with Jira and Agile-driven projects.
  • Good to have experience in performance testing and Firebase Analytics.
  • Advantage to have experience in tool for mobile testing.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Implement effective managerial and testing techniques.
  • Ability to interact with technical team to convert functional requirement to test specs.
