Senior Manual Tester Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Manual Tester. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manual testing and be able to design and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Identify, document, and track software defects with clear reporting.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to validate bug fixes and enhancements.
  • Evaluate and ensure test coverage aligns with business and technical requirements.
Requirements for Success
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Relevant certification (e.g., ISTQB) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A minimum of 4–7 years of hands-on experience in manual testing, preferably in telecom or enterprise applications.

Mentor junior testers and support the QA team in achieving best practices and excellence in quality assurance processes.
