Job Title: QA Tester

We are seeking a skilled QA Tester to join our Quality Assurance team. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid foundation in software testing who are eager to contribute to improving product quality and reliability across various platforms.

  • This position involves performing manual and automated testing of web-based and backend software applications.
  • You will design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business requirements.
  • Your key responsibility will be to identify, document, and track bugs and inconsistencies through to resolution.
  • Collaboration with developers, designers, and product managers is crucial to ensure smooth testing cycles.
  • Agile team meetings require your participation to provide feedback on progress and quality issues.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and processes is essential.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
  • A good understanding of software development and software testing life cycles.
  • Hands-on experience with testing tools or bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, TestRail) is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of automation testing frameworks is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail are required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
