Job Description:

As a dialer and lead generator, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing leads. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct high-volume cold calling to generate new leads and use defined criteria and call scripts to qualify prospects and prioritize follow-ups.

Some key aspects of this role include:

  • Prospecting and outreach: Conducting high-volume cold calling to generate new leads
  • Lead qualification: Using defined criteria and call scripts to qualify prospects and prioritize follow-ups
  • Appointment setting: Securing discovery calls and on-site discovery meetings for the senior sales team
  • CRM management: Updating all interactions, notes, lead statuses, and next steps in the CRM in real time
  • Follow-up nurturing: Running structured follow-up cadences to progress leads through the funnel

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in lead generation/SDR/BDR or similar role
  • Strong cold calling and objection-handling skills; comfortable with outreach targets
  • Appointment setting experience with measurable results
  • Solid CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and habit of meticulous data entry
  • Ability to qualify leads using frameworks like BANT, MEDDIC, or similar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; confident, clear, and persuasive
  • Organized, goal-driven, and resilient with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
