We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Production Manager. This individual will be responsible for overseeing production operations, ensuring timely delivery of products, and maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow and resource availability.
  • Monitor daily production schedules and adhere to delivery timelines and quality benchmarks.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date production documentation to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards throughout the production cycle.
  • Report production performance metrics and propose strategic improvements where necessary.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or relevant field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and resource planning.
  • Proficient in data-driven decision-making and process optimization tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Strong communication, team coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage.
