Logistics Associate Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management and logistics coordination.

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain accurate records of products and related components to ensure efficient inventory management.
  2. Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering processes as necessary to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  3. Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy and integrity of inventory records.
  4. Coordinate the transportation and storage of products to meet customer demands.
  5. Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  6. Work closely with suppliers and carriers to optimize logistics operations and improve overall efficiency.
  7. Test products to identify defects or other issues that may affect quality or functionality.
  8. Ensure all products meet established quality standards before distribution.
  9. Document and report any defects or discrepancies to relevant departments for prompt resolution.
  10. Collaborate with the operations team to streamline inventory and logistics processes, reducing waste and improving productivity.
  11. Provide support in resolving logistical issues that may arise during daily operations.
  12. Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
