Senior Business Intelligence Engineer Leader

The Advanced Business Intelligence (ABI) team is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge ABI solutions. This role will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI-based business intelligence solutions, including interactive dashboards, reports, and predictive models, leveraging Generative AI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI-based business intelligence solutions
  • Oversee the integration of data from diverse sources into a centralized data warehouse or data lake
  • Evaluate and implement GenAI-powered BI solutions that allow users to gain insights from data using natural language
  • Maintain ABI-based tools to automate reporting and data analysis

Strategic Support:

  • Contribute to the development and articulation of the global ABI strategy, aligning with our business objectives
  • Assist in driving the modernization of legacy BI platforms and the rationalization of fragmented reporting
  • Support the development of roadmaps and prioritize initiatives to continuously improve BI capabilities

Innovation and Emerging Technologies:

  • Stay current on the latest trends and advancements in BI and generative BI
  • Evaluate and pilot new technologies and tools to enhance our BI capabilities
  • Drive innovation in data visualization and reporting to improve the accessibility and usability of data insights

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 15+ years of experience in business intelligence, data warehousing, and analytics, with some extensive experience leading projects or teams
  • Extensive experience with BI tools and platforms
  • Demonstrated experience with generative BI and its application in business intelligence
