  • Author crisp PRDs & specs: Requirements, edge cases, data contracts, acceptance criteria, tracking plans">
  • AI Product Systems: Scope features for RAG pipelines, embeddings, agents, personalization, and data apps; balance feasibility vs. impact">
  • Roadmaps & Prioritization: Translate strategy into outcomes and iterative releases (now/next/later), run tight change control">
  • Data-informed decisions: Define experiment design, instrumentation, dashboards; drive decisions via metrics">
  • GTM & Partner Enablement: Launch plans, pricing/packaging inputs, docs, demos, and training for stakeholders">
  • Run the cadence: Standups, sprint planning, reviews, retros; unblock teams and drive accountability">
  • Scope & Resources: Break down epics, capacity plan, manage external partners/contractors when needed">
  • Risk & Quality: RAID logs, delivery risks, non-functional requirements (latency, reliability, privacy)">
  • Compliance-friendly ops: Ensure data governance, privacy, and secure release management with DevOps/MLOps">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Product + Tech hybrid: 2–5 years across product/TPM/PM/Eng or DS; you've shipped backend/AI or data products">
  • AI/ML fluency: Practical grasp of RAG, embeddings, vector DBs (Pinecone/Weaviate), model serving, evaluation">
  • Data & Platforms: SQL/NoSQL, event pipelines, analytics (Mixpanel/GA4/Snowflake/DBT), API-first thinking">
  • Software delivery: Comfortable with Jira/Linear, CI/CD, Docker/K8s, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)">
  • Communication: Writes tight PRDs, clarifies trade-offs, keeps stakeholders aligned">
  • Bias to build: You prototype, de-risk, and ship—fast">
  • GenAI product experience (agents, prompt/retrieval evaluation, guardrails, content safety)">
  • Multimodal (text/voice/vision) or recommendations/search experience">
  • Startup/venture studio background; partner/API ecosystems">
