Product Lifecycle Management

Job Description:

The Retail Lending department focuses on lending business by offering various loan products, including Home Loans, Car Loans, and Personal Loans. They also offer working capital loans and Business loans for Small Businesses and are responsible for the Rural lending business of the bank.

About the Role:

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. The Product Head and team work closely with the Sales Team to conceptualize and implement the strategic plan to drive top-line growth and bottom-line delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, launch, and position new products and messaging that differentiates them from the market.Develop sales tools that support the selling process of products.Plan the launch of new products and release, and manage cross-functional implementation of the plan.Develop market intelligence and know-how on competitor products, features, and positioning.Develop demand generation strategies and manage marketing programs driving demand.Coordinate with teams for sourcing leads, improving existing processes, disbursements, customer approvals, and clearing discrepancies.Identify process gaps and suggest new processes or process changes and enablers.Develop online and offline digital journeys for customers.Implement service features in digital journeys.Build cross-sell opportunities across journeys.Understand customer behavior and requirements.Drive and manage P&L metrics.Ensure compliance and adherence to internal policies and external regulatory guidelines in product design.

Senior Product Managers should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the banking industry. They should be able to analyze complex data, develop effective solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
