We are seeking an experienced Senior Hydraulic Engineer to design and develop hydraulic systems for large-scale mining products.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on design experience in hydraulics systems/components, proficiency in Creo, and a deep understanding of hydraulic schematics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hose/tube & mounting bracket design in Creo
  • Hydraulic component placement, routing, and system integration
  • Interpret and troubleshoot hydraulic schematics
  • Support prototype/pilot builds and on-machine tests
  • Validate hydraulic components & perform design calculations
  • Bolted joint analysis & FEA (Creo Simulate or equivalent)
  • Apply APQP, GD&T, and BOM management

Requirements:

  • 4-10 years of experience in hydraulics systems/design
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of material properties, hose fittings, and manufacturing processes
