About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Design Professional to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing building structures using software such as Etabs and SAFE.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Carry out analysis and design of building structures using software like Etabs and SAFE.
  2. Knowledge of Prokon, Ram concept, Ram connection, Ideastatic, and Revit software will be an advantage.
  3. Offer support to junior members of the team.
  4. Effectively manage own time which may be necessary if allocated to more than one project.

Requirements

  2. Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  3. Experience of 7+ years working in Design office, designing building structures.
  4. Experience of working on Middle East building projects will be an advantage.
  5. Experience of working on multi-discipline projects.
  6. Practical experience of reinforced concrete design and RC detailing of reinforced concrete structures, to American codes.
  7. Preferably, experience of structural steel design and detailing of steel structures, to American codes.
  8. Have a desire to collaborate within a technically orientated team.
  9. Established skill and delivery in the design and analysis of concrete and steel structures, and be familiar with current design standards and working practices.
  10. Excellent communication skills.
  11. A flexible attitude to both the type of work undertaken and the level of responsibility given.
  12. Flexible approach to work location.
  13. Have the ability to make decisions, act on your own initiative.
