Job Overview

  • We are seeking a highly skilled React expert to lead our front-end development efforts. As a seasoned professional with at least 4-5 years of experience in the React framework, you will be responsible for guiding the team and driving project success.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the implementation of user interface design principles across multiple projects
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in performance testing and debugging software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support knowledge sharing and onboarding new team members
  • Leverage expertise in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages to optimize application performance and user experience

Requirements

  • At least 4-5 years of experience working with React frameworks
  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages
  • Familiarity with tools such as Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux
  • Experience with user interface design and performance testing frameworks
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
