Job DescriptionAs a Technical Document Specialist at GVR Technolabs Private Limited, you will play a key role in collecting information related to projects from project leaders/system managers, understanding data provided, and preparing documents in the latest version of word/latex. You will also be responsible for suggesting improvements in document format, giving control numbers to each document, and showing connections between different documents through appendix numbers.
You will ensure proper indexing of all documents, check prepared documents, and submit them to project leaders/system managers. Additionally, you will revise documents as per their suggestions and submit prepared documents within scheduled timelines. Maintenance of version control documents with traceability and repository of all versions is also essential.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have 5 years of post-qualification experience in science/engineering projects. You should be proficient in MS Office, Open Office, Libre Office, Latex, Web-based tools, and project management tools like MS Project. Knowledge of AutoCAD/Solid Works/Corel Draw/equivalent drawing tools is also desirable.
