**Fitter Fabricator Trainer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct comprehensive theoretical and practical training sessions on fitter fabricator skills, adhering to the prescribed curriculum.
- Demonstrate the safe and efficient use of tools, machines, and welding equipment.
- Train students in key areas, including blueprint reading, metal fabrication, welding, cutting, and assembly techniques.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Assist in designing and updating training modules and materials to ensure alignment with industry standards and requirements.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Assess trainees' performance through practical assignments, tests, and observation.
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes and address knowledge gaps.
- **Workshop Management**:

- Ensure the training workshop and equipment are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
- Monitor inventory of materials, tools, and equipment and report procurement needs.
- **Industry Integration**:

- Facilitate guest lectures, site visits, or industry interactions to bridge the gap between training and workplace demands.
- Collaborate with industry partners for internships, placements, and skill enhancement opportunities.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of trainee attendance, progress, and certification.
- Submit periodic reports on training activities, outcomes, and challenges to the Training Centre Manager.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- **Educational Background**:

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Fabrication, or related disciplines.
- Certified Trainer qualification (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of industry experience as a fitter fabricator or similar role.
- Prior experience in training or mentoring is an advantage.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in welding (MIG, TIG, and Arc), metal cutting, and fabrication processes.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, measurements, and quality control.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide trainees.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Balasore, Orissa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

- Teaching: 3 years (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
