Job Overview

In this pivotal leadership position, you will oversee the development and execution of strategic infrastructure initiatives that drive efficiency, optimization, and service delivery.

This role requires a collaborative approach to understand business needs and drive high stakeholder satisfaction through effective operating model ownership.

You will be responsible for championing service excellence, ensuring platform stability, security, and resilience, and enabling clients and customers.

As a key leader, you will engage with business stakeholders regularly to understand their requirements and drive adoption and enhancement of strategic technology tools.

Technical and commercial acumen are essential in this role to enable business profitability in the technology solution portfolio.

Optimization of technology utilization across internal and external stakeholders is critical to meet functional and financial goals.

The successful candidate will leverage initiative management, new product adoption, AI Ops, automation, and lifecycle management to drive efficient technology outcomes.

Advocacy for clients through ownership of the technology change roadmap is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with CTO portfolio leaders and CIO teams to drive infrastructure requirements and transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and execute strategic infrastructure plans to drive efficiency and optimization.
  • Ensure platform stability, security, and resilience through effective service management.
  • Drive adoption and enhancement of strategic technology tools to support business objectives.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and drive high stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Own the technology change roadmap to ensure client advocacy.
