Job Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on a key position within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing dashboards and reports that cater to the Workforce Management team's needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available at all times.
  • This role requires the ability to analyze large datasets and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are essential for this position.
  • Critical thinking and the ability to see the bigger picture are highly valued in this role.
  • The successful candidate will have experience working with Power BI, Amazon Connect, Kibana, and Teleopti, as well as Google Sheets.
  • Prior exposure to ETL, databases/data warehouses, and report development using Power BI is preferred but not necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
