**Analog Mixed Signal Timing Characterization Engineer Role**

The successful candidate will be responsible for characterizing Analog Mixed Signal macros.

Experience of 3-4 years in lib characterization for AMS macros is required.

  • Extracting analog-digital interface timing models
  • Correlating timing model data to Hspice simulations for accuracy checks
  • Implementing quality assurance checks for consistency and correctness
  • Creating timing models for AMS macros in multiple formats as required
  • Reviewing path, topology etc. reports
  • Improving methodologies and flows using automation techniques

A solid understanding of timing fundamentals is essential.

Proficiency in Hspice/Spectre simulators is desirable.

Automation skills using shell/perl/tcl or python are a must.

Excellent organizational and communication skills are required.
