High-Reliability Mixed-Signal Design Engineer">

We are seeking an exceptional Mixed-Signal Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced mixed-signal circuits for high-reliability defence systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ADC/DACs, power integrity, EMI/EMC, and signal integrity analysis. Experience with PCB/simulation tools such as Altium, Cadence, Virtuoso, ADS, and LTSpice is also required.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in radar, EW, and secure communication systems. We are looking for someone with a passion for problem-solving and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced defence project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop advanced mixed-signal circuits for defence systems.
  • Analyse and troubleshoot complex electronic design issues.
  • Collaborate with FPGA, DSP, and RF teams to deliver cutting-edge system development projects.
  • Develop and maintain simulation models to validate circuit performance.

Requirements:

  • 3–8 years' experience in mixed-signal design (analog + digital).
  • Strong background in ADC/DACs, power integrity, EMI/EMC, and signal integrity analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with PCB/simulation tools (Altium, Cadence, Virtuoso, ADS, LTSpice, etc.).
  • Experience with defence/aerospace standards (DO-254, MIL-STD, ITAR preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in multi-disciplinary defence projects.
