Business Insights Specialist

As a Data Analyst at Workafy, you'll work closely with our team to turn raw data into actionable insights for our platform. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex datasets into meaningful business decisions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to drive informed decision-making.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with product, tech, and business teams to provide data-driven insights that shape our product strategy.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across the product.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of statistics, data modeling, and analysis techniques.
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly through visualizations and reports.
  • Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data tools is a plus.
  • Prior freelance, remote, or product-based analytics experience preferred.
