The Ideal Candidate

Has hands-on experience in supply chain finance, understands customer pain points, and can translate business goals into scalable product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to build features.
  • Prioritize requirements using data-driven insights and optimize user experience.
  • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch iterations.
  • Benchmark new features/products against clear ROI indicators.
  • Monitor product adoption and continuously improve user experience.
  • Align sales, marketing, and customer success teams for successful go-to-market execution.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and innovations in fintech.

Requirements

  • More than 50 years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or supply chain finance platforms.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, digital platforms, or trade finance/TReDS.
  • Proven track record of owning product roadmaps and launching scalable products.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
  • Technical background or ability to work closely with engineering teams.
